Your computer, tablet, or mobile device will need to be equipped with a microphone and a camera in order to use VSee for video telecounseling. Most mobile devices, tablets, and laptops come equipped with built-in microphone and camera. If you have a desktop computer, you may need to purchase the camera and microphone as add-on equipment, and follow the installation instructions that come with the devices. (Contact your local computer hardware store.)
When it comes time for your telecounseling appointment, you will need to open the VSee application on your device, make sure your camera and microphone are enabled, and make sure your status on Vee is set to “online” so that I can contact you for your appointment. It is recommended that you have your telephone powered on and within reach, so that I may call you if we are having any difficulties getting connected on VSee.
