$220.00. Initial evaluation
$150.00. Individual 45-minute session
$180. 00. Individual 60-minute session
$175.00. Family/couple session
$175.00 Family without the patient present
$300.00. 90-minute session

Insurance

Tri Care / Tri West / PPO Insurance Plans
Visa, Master Card, or Paypal are accepted as payment.
American Express, Discover Card, and other forms of payment are only accepted through Paypal.

For clients who are paying privately

You have the option of submitting a bill to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Generally, insurance will reimburse you anywhere from 45% to 100% depending on your plan. You can pay me upfront, and I will provide you with a receipt (called a Super Bill) to submit to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
